Un forte abbraccio

Attraverso i nostri figli

vediamo noi stessi

come eravamo

tempo addietro e

vengono in mente

ricordi felici

di giorni passati.

Rivivendo l'infanzia

tralasciando

le parti negative,

possiamo trasformare

la memoria marcia in

un angolo della mente.

Assicurandoci che

i nostri figli siano

al sicuro e protetti

da braccia

affettuose e calorose,

forse un giorno

saranno fortunati

di avere figli

che sono la vera

immagine di se stessi.

Un forte abbraccio

porta un sorriso...

A warm embrace

Through our children

we see ourselves

as we were in the past,

recalling happy memories

of days gone by.

Reliving our childhood

leaving out negative parts

thus transforming

what was stored

now going to rust

in a corner of the mind.

Making sure

our kids are safe

and feel secure

in caring loving arms,

hoping one day

they'll be fortunate

to have children who

are a true reflection

of themselves.

A warm embrace

brings on a smile...
