when gravity and fantasy 

end and centering begins

there will come a day
when body and mind
go neither up nor down
gone are the days
when gravity ruled
and fantasy flew
to faraway lands
here you stay still
lying on air
immobile
floating in space
peace at last!

quando gravità e fantasia 

finiscono e inizia la stabilità

verrà un giorno che
corpo e mente
non andranno
nè su nè giù
non esisterà più
il regno della gravità
neanche voli di fantasia
che ci portavano
verso luoghi lontani
qui, si sta fermi
sdraiati sull'aria
immobili
leggeri nello spazio
pace finalmente!
