Uomo affascinante

 un uomo tranquillo

 molto discreto

 pieno di autostima

 nessun insegnamento

 nella sua mente creativa

 mio salvatore

 mio eroe, mio padre

 niente parole

 né baci o carezze

 non ce n'era bisogno

 poiché sentivo e 

vedevo il suo amore

 dalle sue azioni

semplici lettere lasciatemi

 davvero una sorpresa

 ne faccio tesoro con gioia

 aspetto il suo abbraccio

 in un altro mondo

 sorriderà di più

 e dirà con orgoglio

 "Ti amo tesoro"

he was a quiet man

very discreet

full of self confidence

no teachings entered

his creative mind

my saviour

my hero, my father

no words spoken 

nor kisses or caresses

there was no need

for I felt and saw his love

by his actions

simple letters left to me

quite a surprise 

I treasure them with joy

I wait for his embrace

in another world

he will smile more

and proudly say 

"I love you sweetheart"
