O Signore, 

per tutto il male 

che ho fatto 

a me stessa 

e causato agli altri 

ti chiedo perdono. 

Che venga annullato 

per il bene che 

ho donato agli altri 

e per tutto l’amore 

che sento nel cuore

Amen

for all the pain 

I brought onto myself 

and others 

I ask for forgiveness

I gave to others and
