Perchè Dio non si mostra?

Credo che anche se Dio volesse mostrarsi non riuscirebbe a decidere in quale razza o aspetto apparire, visto che esiste un mondo multiforme e multicolorato, ed ogni specie gli è molto cara.

La tesi che Dio è presente in ognuno degli esseri viventi, come in tutta la creazione, sembrerebbe essere la spiegazione più razionale. Allora, è inutile guardare fuori aspettando la sua venuta perchè Dio è qui, e ora, dentro ognuno di noi e in ogni cosa.

In realtà, Dio non ci ha mai lasciati ed è sempre stato qui sulla terra e nell'intero universo; chissà in quanti altri posti sconosciuti all'uomo.

Penso che Gesù era una persona molto spirituale e che Dio l'abbia scelto, come tanti altri, per portare un messaggio di pace e di speranza agli uomini sulla terra. Non si può dire che lui fosse l'immagine di Dio, almeno non totalmente. Forse nello spirito gli assomigliava e si comportava secondo la volontà del Padre, come dovremmo fare tutti per essere chiamati 'figli di Dio'.

Per me Dio è un ruscello, una montagna, un albero, un fiore. Dio è un animale, un insetto, un volatile. Dio è il mare, il cielo, il sole, la luna, le stelle, i pianeti. Dio è nei tuoi occhi. Dio siamo noi. Dio è l'aria che respiriamo.

Non sottovalutiamo il nostro potere nel portare cambiamenti positivi nel nostro mondo. Sì, Dio è Amore, e l'amore si fa, non si mostra.

Why does God not show himself?

I think that even if God wanted to show himself he would not be able to decide which race or aspect to appear in, seeing that a multiform and multicoloured world exists, and every species is very dear to him.

The thesis that God is present in every living being, as in all the creation, seems to be the most rational explanation. Therefore, it is useless watching out for his coming, since God is here and now in each one of us and in everything.

In truth, God has never left us and has always been here on earth and in the whole universe; who knows in how many other places unknown to man.

I think that Jesus was a very spiritual person and that God chose him, as many others, to bring a message of peace and hope to mankind on earth. It cannot be said he was the image of God, at least not totally. Perhaps he resembled God's spirit and behaved according to his Father's will, as we all should do so that we may be called 'God's children'.

I believe God is a stream, a mountain, a tree, a flower. God is an animal, an insect, a bird. God is the sea, the sky, the sun, the moon, the stars, the planets. God is in your eyes. God is us. God is the air we breathe.

Let us not underestimate our power to bring positive changes to our world. Yes, God is Love, and love is made not shown.
